Benefits of Membership
How can you join?
All MLMTA members are required to join the Music Teachers National Association (MTNA) as well as the Pennsylvania Music Teachers Association (PMTA).   Local membership has many benefits which also include those acquired through the national and state levels (see websites at links).   Annual dues may vary by territory, age, and type of membership.  Once fees are paid at the national level, memberships automatically filter down to the appropriate state and local level organizations. To apply for membership and/or obtain more detailed information, please click here to join online.  If you would like to speak directly with a local representative, please contact Mr. Jason Schafer-Valerius at
